Warranty Information - Mail in Services
All mod services come with a 31 day warranty (from date of delivery)
Modded consoles sent via mail-in or drop-off are subject to shipping stresses, the physical world, and improper software use. The modded console warranty covers devices delivered less than 31 days ago.
The Sagebrush Repair Modded Console Warranty
- Sagebrush Repair guarantees excellent workmanship on all devices we work on, we will offer to fix the device within the 31 day warranty period free to the customer should the need arise.
- If a warrantied device is deemed unfixable, Sagebrush Repair may offer to purchase the parts to reuse in future repairs. You do not have to agree to this and may request your device back instead
- Warrantied devices will incur another 31 day warranty at time of return, you're protected again.
- We reserve the right to cancel payments made by customers trying to scam Sagebrush Repair and deny further services or business.
- Software issues can often be remedied by Email/Phone/Discord

Modded consoles are subject to shipping stresses, the physical world, and improper software use. The pre-modded console warranty covers devices delivered less than 91 days ago.
The Sagebrush Repair Pre-Modded Console Warranty
- Sagebrush Repair guarantees excellent workmanship on all devices we work on, we will offer to fix the device within the 91 day warranty period free to the customer should the need arise.
- If a warrantied device is deemed unfixable, Sagebrush Repair may offer to purchase the parts to reuse in future repairs. You do not have to agree to this and may request your device back instead
- Warrantied devices will incur an additional 31 day warranty at time of return, you're protected again.
- The added 31 days is appended to the remainder of the 91 day warranty.
