Repair services warranty
Includes: malfunctioned or faulty devices sent to or brought to our shop for repair services.
Faulty Device Warranty
- Sagebrush Repair guarantees excellent workmanship on all devices we repair, we will offer to fix the device again within the 31 day warranty period, for free should the need arise.
- If a warrantied device is deemed unfixable, Sagebrush Repair may offer to purchase the parts to recycle or reuse in future repairs. You do not have to agree to this and may request your device back instead, it's yours.
- Warrantied devices will include an additional 31 day warranty at time of return, you're protected again.
- Software issues can often be remedied by Email/Phone/Text

Includes: Unmodded but working consoles sent or brought to our shop for modding services.

All Devices sold on our store are tested thoroughly for operation, flaws are described (if device is used), all included software is open-source. Listings should reflect very accurately what is delivered to you. Please contact us if this is not the case!
Shipping
Note that shipped electronics are subject to handling stresses like bumps, drops, temperature/pressure changes and vibrations. All our products are professionally packaged and secure for these stresses, however please reach out if yours arrives damged.
The Sagebrush Repair Pre-Modded Console Warranty
- Sagebrush Repair guarantees excellent workmanship on all devices we list for sale, we will offer to fix the device for free within the 91 day warranty period, for free should the need arise.
- If a warrantied device is deemed unfixable, Sagebrush Repair may offer to replace it, repair it, or refund you (label provided)
- We cannot guarantee personal data can be retrieved but we always try.
- Repaired or replaced devices will include an additional 31 day warranty added to the day of return, you're protected again.
- Software issues can often be remedied by Email/Phone/Text
