Returns and Warranties

Pre-Modded Consoles

• Pre-Modded consoles are not returnable or refundable. There is no warranty on Pre-Modded consoles.
• Pre-Modded consoles sometimes carry warranties!

Modding Services

• Completed Modding Services can not be refunded.
• Modding services carry warranties!
• You may be able to return your modded console for troubleshooting.

Repair Services

• Water damage remediation/repair work completed and verified working at time of pickup is not refundable
• Most repairs can not be refunded, however some can be partially refunded. 
• Our repairs carry warranties, please use them!

Refunds

You are obligated to contact Sagebrush Repair before any refund is issued, and we will first attempt to repair the device or troubleshoot your mod, free of charge.  This keeps the most devices out of the landfill and a truly scrappy shop like this open.

I will accept FULL refunds within 30 days, assuming the refund request meets the Refund Requirements detailed below.  Refunds may be issued as check or as a void of the credit/debit card transaction.  I may also attempt to deposit directly into your account to avoid fees. Refunds should arrive in 3-5 business days or as anointed by your financial institution.

Water Damage Limited Warranty

I can't feasibly run a full warranty for computers with water damage however a 30 day limited warranty is available for water damaged devices.  For those with a Limited Warranty outside of 30 days, I can attempt to repair the device again, or perform the service again for an additional, reasonable fee.

Requirements for refund:

• Device has never had liquid damage of any kind
• Device has not been worked on by the customer or anyone not at Sagebrush Repair, no exceptions.
• Device has not been dropped, spilled, crushed, or otherwise damaged in any way.
• Device has failed in the SAME way, for the SAME reason due to parts or workmanship failure.
• Reasonable attempts for repair have been exhausted, AND Sagebrush Repair deems that any further repairs would be a waste of time and/or money.
• Device is not a Modded console or Pre-Modded console
